Brigadier Ambrose

About Brigadier Ambrose: The band formed in late 2005, and set about making noise and more noise. They have since injected a little melody to their repertoire. So far, they have had a lot of fun. Early radio airplay for songs 'Police' and 'Chatham Hill' from Huw Stephens (BBC Radio One), Stuart Maconie (BBC Six Music) and Phill Jupitus (BBC Six Music) quickly led to a debut single release, 'How Popular You Are'. This was released in April to widespread and led to a whole lot more radio airplay nationwide - soon followed by three BBC radio sessions. 2007's highlight was a session from the John Peel Maida Vale studio for BBC Radio One and the splendid Huw Stephens.
