About Robin Hawkins: Rockin' Robin Hawkins (aka "Kid Hawk") is the son of Canadian music icon, Ro pin' Ronnie Hawkins. Kid Hawk has flown into cyberspace and is ready to rock your world in the Hawkins' family tradition.
Robin started performing around the globe along with his Dad's band, Ronnie Hawkins and The Hawks (www.ronniehawkins.com) after a serious car accident in his early teens.
Kid Hawk is also currently touring with
The Robin Hawkins Band to promote his blues album, IT'S MY TIME! (released March 2008)
Robin has also produced several of his Dad's albums and currently offers recording services to aspiring musicians through his company, Big Shack Productions.
With studios in Peterborough and Oshawa, Ontario Canada, Robin has been mentoring young musicians and sharing his personal experience to help inspire them to achieve their full creative potential.
Robin's new country album is near completion and scheduled for release in the fall of 2008.
Kid Hawk is ready to rock and he has never been more ready than right now to share his talent as a singer, songwriter, guitarist, mentor and producer.
