Co-Founder and CEO
, Maor has gathered an international group of music industry professionals and IT experts to create the online music licensing marketplace and shift a highly complex market to the web. Maor is also the co-editor of the highly successful music blog, The Plugg, and a founding partner in the newly launched online indie music television channel, VIRV.TV. He is also an active consultant of the We Are Listening singer/songwriter awards and has helped market leading internet technologies such as Spotback.com. Maor is perceived as a natural talent for internet trends and is highly active in most of the leading web communities.


Ohad Ezer
Co-Founder and CTO
, Ohad is an active musician and producer bringing a many years of music industry experience to the structure development of YouLicense.com. Ohad has been working, in the past five years, as a Senior Software Engineer for the London based telecom software firm, Inclarity plc. As an IT expert and user interface genius, he has created the backbone of YouLicense. Ohad is also no stranger to Internet marketing, he is considered by many as a trend setter, acting as a top user in the highly proclaimed news aggregator digg.com. He also advises content providers such as netscape.com and spotback.com.


Tomer Kaplan
Co-Founder & VP Marketing,
Tomer focuses his time on building personal relationships with many artists worldwide and as a result has a strong understanding of the needs in the licensing market. With experience in marketing several online brands and extensive knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social network consumption, he leads the new way of social marketing and reaching the end customer in an efficient and direct manner. Tomer has worked aside Maor for the past three years in many projects including virv.tv, 1909.co.il, theplugg.com and spotback.com.


Asaf Cohen
Co-Founder and head of R&D,
is an acclaimed IT project manager who worked for major telecommunications corporations in the U.K and Israel, leading teams and business critical projects. Specializing in data processing and transaction management, Asaf has championed the YouLicense unique search technology and smart music sorting system. Asaf graduated from the Tel Aviv Academic College, (BA computer sciences and BioInformatics), he is a helicopter pilot, keen photographer, husband to Liat and father to Roy (est. 2006).


Reavis Daniel Moore
has over 25 years experience in the music industry as an entrepreneur and consultant. In the early 80s, he was Vice President and a partner in SouthCoast Communications of Austin, Texas, a label and publisher in partnership with MCA and CBS, whose clients included a number of top selling artists of the day, including Christopher Cross, and Carole King. In the mid-80s, he co-founded, with Bill Traut, Open Door Management, an artist management firm in Los Angeles. From 1989 to 1992 he was the Executive Director and Co-Founder, with Jeffrey Bronfman, of the Rainbow Warrior World Music Festivals and Fund. From 1997 to 2003, he was the CEO and Founder of MBC Networks, an international music industry consulting firm based in New York and Amsterdam. Reavis is the owner of Serve Music, Inc., a New York based boutique music business consulting firm, founded in 2002, that has provided consulting services to numerous companies and artists. Serve Music is an equity partner in EarthDance Global, LLC, and Reavis is a Co-Founder of the Earthdance International, 501c3 non-profit organization.

Ted Cohen
Integrating his widespread digital authority in music, mobile, IPTV and product & service development, Ted Cohen is the Managing Partner of TAG Strategic. In an industry that's been slow to embrace change, Cohen is the exception to the stereotypical music-exec rule. Known throughout the technology and music industries as being "part ambassador and part evangelist," Cohen was instrumental in crafting the licensing agreements upon which the Rhapsody subscription service and the iTunes Music Store were built.


Colleen Andersen
Colleen Andersen has over 21 years experience in technology and entertainment. Her experience includes corporate business executive, start-up management and professional musician. Prior to joining TAG Strategic as an Associate in Seattle, Colleen was one of the founders of iBloks, maker of personalized media creation & sharing software and tools founded in 2005.


Khalid Amin
Khalid is the newest member of the TAG Strategic team straight from the music industry event London Calling. As part of the senior management team there, he played a key role in making London Calling the fastest growing B2B event of its type anywhere in the world. London Calling was part of a recent $28 million acquisition of Ithaca Business Media by CMPi, publishers of Music Week.

Michael Nieves
is the owner/President of Sugaroo!, a music licensing, marketing and management company that represents independent record labels, artists and publishers for visual media licensing (film, TV, advertising, theatrical trailers, video games, etc.).  Michael also is the personal manager to Mark Olson (of The Jayhawks) and Megan Hickey & The Last Town Chorus.  Founded by Michael in January of 1999, Sugaroo! was one of the first licensing companies of its kind to exist in the USA , and continues to be one of the most trusted and respected music licensing companies in the visual media licensing communities.  Michael is also the co-owner/co-president of HackTone Records, an independent record label that specializes in new releases by established and developing artists, and deluxe reissues of important records from the past. Founded by Michael and David Gorman in 2005, HackTone Records is distributed by the Warner Music Group.

Wim Reijnen
is a leading music executive and business consultant with 25 years experience working in Europe, U.S. and Asia as a concert promoter, talent agent, and artist manager. Wim is the Founder and Co-Managing Director of Eurasia Entertainment & Events, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, and is currently buying international talent across Asia and organizing expos, concerts and events. For much of his career he was based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands where he was a key figure in the Dutch music industry. He is the author of a study on the international music industry for the Dutch Ministry of Culture. He was the Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of MBC Networks, Inc., an international music business consultancy. He was the Founder and Chairman of the Music Managers Forum The Netherlands, and served on the Board of the 2,000 member International Music Managers Forum (IMMF), as Assistant Secretary General. He also was Managing Director of Intrigue Music (Asia), the management company for James Brown, among others. Wim is a frequent speaker at music industry conventions and seminars.
  Natalia Nastaskin, Esq.
is a music and entertainment attorney based in New York City. In 1996, she founded her own law firm, with specializations in the music, film, literary and fashion industries. Currently Natalia is the head of business affairs for The Agency Group, one of the largest talent agencies in the world. In 1994, she joined the New York law firm of Molot & Associates with a focus in contract and intellectual property law. Over the years, Natalia has advised and guided many artists, executives, and entrepreneurs in the U.S., Europe and Russia. Born in Moscow and raised in New York City, she holds a J.D. from The Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C. Natalia is active in numerous charitable organizations, including United Jewish Appeal and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
