Do you write songs in French? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We provide instore music to shops, bars, restuarants, cafes etc across Europe. We pay royalties to artists for using their music. These royalties vary depending on how much we use your music. We are a bit different to a lot of companies and we only work with emerging artists. This is because our clients do not pay license fees to Performing Rights Organisations (PROs) such as PRS, ASCAP, SACEM etc and instead directly license music from us. As a result we are able to pay our artists royalties for where and when we use their music. This does however mean that the artists we work with cannot be members of PROs. So, firstly are you a member of a PRO? If not, then would you be interested in working with us? Game description: In the game, you would see two pillars far apart and a character tries to swing and jump from one pillar to another using a rope. As a game player, you would help the game character swing on a rope and jump on the pillars on his journey. You would try to land him as close to the center as possible so as to earn maximum points of 500. If he lands anywhere else you would get 250, 100, 50 or none if he falls down. If you earn maximum points, you would also get a health pot placed on the next pillar for the character to replenish his health that keeps going down as time passes by. Besides, the gravity and wind level and their directions keep changing as the character moves through different game stages which makes jumping more difficult. Also, as the character simply keeps going along on the pillars, the pillars get smaller and sometimes the pillars start moving up and down as the character go by. This project includes giving a continuous background music to the game and in cases where the game stage is difficult, a little different music to convey the challenge. Other sounds to be included are 1) Sound when the character lands on a pillar 2) Sound when the character misses the pillar and falls down. 3) Sound when the character jumps in the center of the pillar and earns maximum points 4) Sound when the health gets replenished. 5) Sound when wind starts blowing. Cycling Fusion & Global Ride are two separate but related firms providing Indoor Cycling training videos. Both firms use music to drive the virtual riding experience, and thus require Sync Licensing. We are building an extensive online library of pre-cleared tracks that our video producers and on-line instructors can use in their Virtual Cycling and Digital Indoor Cycling Classes. About 50% of our music is in the 110 to 160 BPM range and are of the ELECTRONIC, HOUSE, TRANCE, PROGRESSIVE, TECHNO, DANCE category.
The balance is made up of almost all varieties, with ALTERNATIVE & ROCK holding a substantial presence. We use NEW AGE for warm up and cool down as well. Lyrics are fine, but can NOT be explicit. We are least interested in the genres of country, blues, jazz and classical unless they have distinct cross over or “fusion” type qualities. Artists are paid on a per usage basis, from fitness classes in gyms and personal video streaming in homes all over the world when our videos are streamed. Members of our franchise and at home market are also given options to download videos or purchase some on DVD titles. Both downloaded videos and DVDs pay higher rates to artists for each song included. Once tracks are included in our Pre-Cleared private library, they have the opportunity to be selected, used and subsequently paid for according to the terms of our custom contract.

The link above is a good example of the type of music that I am looking to license. The qualities of that track that appeal to me and my audience are: Building - the song starts easy and engaging and continues to build throughout the track to a climax towards the end. That building helps in creating an emotional rise for the audience that views the videos I create and complements the emotional visuals/text in the video. Pacing - it isn't too slow and it isn't too fast - I guess it is moderately paced- just right. Style - the style of the track is inspirational and that is really what I am looking to do with the media I create. For the most part I don't care what types of instruments are used as long as it has an inspirational feel and builds. I am always looking for music like the track above and I am able to pay $75 to license each track. The contract will be a non exclusive one with the chance to terminate it by the licensor at any time and all the articles of the contract are negotiable. Also the contract is between the licensor and the shops, with no other intermediaries The association would pay (collectively) around 10/15 dollars per song for 1 year license, and will promote the artist through spots played on air after the song has been played and suggesting the customers of the shop (via the internet radio) to buy the digital track through a platform where to collect the existing digital links to the sale channels already chosen by the artist (like Itunes, amazon or cdbaby). The contract and the name of the licensee will be visible only to chosen artists

I make trailers for weddings and (very) independent films. I am in need of heroic, yearning, lovelorn, happy crescendoing, moving orchestral trailer music that makes the viewer want to stand up and cheer. I'm looking for rousing, moving music! These clips will be used primarily for Web display of trailers for clients. If you synthesize your strings, make sure they sound good; I cannot accept songs with strings that sound too fake.

Big Dumb Games is seeking music of all styles for TREBL3, a low-budget, free-to-play Flash rhythm game. TREBL3 is the sequel to TREBL2, which can be played at: www.trebl.com/2/ We are seeking a very diverse selection of songs from several different styles, including both instrumental and vocal pieces from several genres. In addition to new music created specifically for this project, we are also very interested in existing music which is appropriate for the game. The ideal song will typically be about 3 minutes long, will have some form of a clear melody for the user to play along with, and will have a sense of progression / change throughout the course of the song (so the player is not bored by repetition). With these things said, however, we have made exceptions to all of these rules in the past, and any song that is fun to play will be considered. In addition to the non-exclusive licensing fee, the game will feature direct links to the artist's website and/or store.
